Jerry Haywood

Chief Executive Officer

Jerry took the helm as Chief Executive Officer at boost.ai in November 2022. Before this, he served as the Senior Vice President for EMEA at LivePerson. Based in London, Jerry has been on the Board of Directors at Vollebak since 2010. His previous experience includes over eight years at Salesforce, where he was Area Vice President for Service Cloud in Europe. Jerry has also held leadership roles at BMC Software and Cisco.

Lars Ropeid Selsås

Founder

Lars founded boost.ai in 2016 and has been a key driving force behind its success. He secured the company's first major contract within six months and made it the largest vendor of conversational AI in the Nordics within two years. Before founding boost.ai, Lars was a Senior Software Engineer at Gamut.

Henry Vaage Iversen

Chief Commercial Officer & co-founder

Henry co-founded boost.ai and has served as its Chief Commercial Officer since 2016. He has been pivotal in shaping the company's vision and making it a leading solution in Conversational AI. Prior to boost.ai, Henry held various business development roles and served on multiple company boards. He earned his Master's degree in Strategy and Management from the University of Stavanger.

Signe Bøhn Bleivik

VP Global Alliances

Signe has been instrumental in establishing boost.ai as a trusted partner among leading names in management consulting and professional services globally. Her role in leading the company's partner strategy reflects her deep conviction that teamwork leads to greater achievements. Her journey with boost.ai began in 2017 when she cut her teeth as one of the company’s early AI trainers, skills she still puts to use today in strategizing and nurturing pivotal partnerships.

Rasmus Hauch

Chief Technology Officer

Rasmus brings a rich background of technological leadership to boost.ai as Chief Technology Officer. Previously, he was the CTO at 2021.AI, leading teams to deliver top-notch AI/ML solutions. His advisory roles at Proprty.ai, Ryver.ai, and Capsule, along with a long tenure at IBM, reflect his broad expertise in the AI domain. At boost.ai, Rasmus is geared to further our technological front, aligning with our mission to innovate in conversational AI.

Håvard Dahl-Olsen

Chief Customer Officer

Håvard leads Customer Onboarding, Customer Success and Customer Education at boost.ai. Having joined the company in 2016 as one of its first AI Trainers, Håvard has since developed and led the customer organisation. He believes that the most sustainable way to run a SaaS B2B company is to focus on the value that we deliver to our customers.

Thomas Müllertz

Chief Marketing Officer

Thomas joined boost.ai in 2022 as the Chief Marketing Officer. With over 20 years of experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, he specializes in strategic planning, branding, demand generation and pipeline building. Before boost.ai, Thomas was the CMO at Medius and has held leadership roles at Microsoft and Sartorius.

Halvard Totland

Chief Product Officer

Halvard is the Chief Product Officer at boost.ai, responsible for shaping the company’s product strategy, design and development. He has a diverse background in Product Management & Development from various startups and IT consultancy companies. Halvard is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Ole Kristiansen

Chief Financial Officer

Ole joined boost.ai in September 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. He brings a business-oriented approach with a proven track record in the SaaS industry. Before joining boost.ai, Ole served as CFO at Bluegarden and Energima Group.

Nick Mitchell

Chief Revenue Officer

Nick serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at boost.ai. He brings a diverse background in sales and leadership, with a focus on major transformation projects. Prior to boost.ai, Nick was the Vice President & Country Manager UK&I at Celonis and has held key positions at Salesforce and [24]7.

Kalyani Neelamraju

Head of HR

Kalyani brings a wealth of global experience and a proven track record in the Technology and Retail sectors to her role as the Head of HR. With rich expertise spanning the UK, Europe, and India, she excels in driving strategic people and culture initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Her previous contributions at Xactly Corp and [24]7.ai, among others, underscore her capability to cultivate and foster inclusive, high-performing work environments.
