Boost.ai places first in Natural Language Understanding category with a 98% customer satisfaction score
G2, the world’s largest tech marketplace, has recognized boost.ai as a leader in its recently published Spring 2022 Grid Report for Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVA).
Published quarterly, the report profiles a variety of vendors in the IVA space, aggregating customer reviews and data based on satisfaction and market presence.
According to the report, 100% of users rated boost.ai 4 or 5 stars, with 97% saying they would recommend the boost.ai platform to others. Specifically, the leader badge was awarded to boost.ai based on receiving a high customer satisfaction rating alongside a sizeable market presence.
In the report, G2 differentiates IVAs from chatbots and other customer service software, stating that:
“While chatbots are typically scripted and do not have the ability to understand multiple intents, IVAs understand a range of different intents from a singular utterance and can even understand responses they are not explicitly programmed to using natural language processing (NLP).”
This focus on natural language technology is reflected in a breakdown of boost.ai’s ratings by product features where Natural Language Understanding (NLU) is noted amongst its highest-rated features. In the NLU category, boost.ai ranks #1 with a score of 98%, compared to the category average of 90%.
Boost.ai’s customers also noted the platform’s no-code conversation editor as a highly-rated feature scoring it 98% against a category average of 91%.
“What’s great about the G2 ranking is that these scores come directly from our customers. That they value our NLU and ease-of-use so highly is proof positive that we have developed a platform that is not only leading the pack in terms of technology, but is also enabling enterprises to leverage that tech to excel at digital transformation.”
